On 1/22/2022 I trailered my trade in bike and drove it drove from *********** to Oklahoma City. I made them aware that I was coming both the day before and the day of. When I arrived I was told the bike was not ready and had a problem with both the brakes and an aftermarket headlight/front assembly. They promised to fix both the brakes and the headlight and deliver the bike when it was ready. The General manager AC said "We will overnight the parts and you should have it in a week or two at the longest". A "we owe" form was filled out for the breaks and headlight/front assembly.After calling weekly and biweekly and being told there was issues getting the parts from ******* to the **, the bike was delivered to my home on 3/2/2022. The bike looked to be in good condition and I wrote the dealer to let them know I was happy with the bike. That same evening after work on 3/2/2022 I took the bike for a ride. The back brakes were not working correctly and the turn signals that were part of the new front assembly were not operating correctly and cause a "lamp" code to come on. I sent a video that same evening on 3/2/2022 showing the issue. On 3/3/2022 general manager AC said he would pass this to his after sales team and get back to me. The evening of 3/4/2022 the service manager sent a detailed report of the work that had been done and showing the bike was in working condition when it left their dealership. The morning of 3/4/2022 the general manager AC emailed me to tell me that the bike left the dealer in working order and they are not going to stand behind the work they did, the bike was sold "as is". The "we owe" letter said they would perform this work, and while they did the work, the bike was delivered to me with the same issues directly relating to the the promised performed work. They are disregarding the we owe form and gave me a bike that is not as promised. I want them to simply fix the turn signals and brakes, but at the moment they are refusing.
