We were told everything was ready to go and we had a $500 down payment and the *** of the surgery, after having trouble with them getting my father the prescription he needs to take a week before the procedure, they tell us there's a $1,500 balance that needs to be paid. No one mentioned this at all. Not a word of more money being needed until the day off. My father cannot see the faces of his loved ones without corrective lenses and even with that his sight will diminish to nothing. He was told lasik would fix his eyes. He would be able to see without glasses and he would not become more blind. And now there's a fee that was never spoken about and there was no discussion about it. We simply walked out before anger could take hold. Once ************* heard what had happened he personally called us and made sure that my father will get his sight back. You're doing amazing things for people here. Improve your process and get better people to work your desks. That girl was a complete mess.
