            I have a membership at the Gym and have since February of 2020. I have been charged $49.46 on the 1st of every month since then. I have paid for a total of 18 months. In may of 2020 the ******** governor shut down all bars, restaurants and gyms. There was no communication from Biffs fitness to me on how they were going to handle billing. I was continued to be charged even though I was not able to use the service I was paying for. I tried calling, emailing and even going to the gym hoping to catch a manager of sorts. I could not make contact with them. In June of 2020 I was deployed (military) out of the country I once again made every attempt to cancel my subscription to no avail. I made contact by phone from ***** with an office worker in March of 2021 to cancel my service. It was not canceled. I spoke to the manager in July of 2021 and she assured me it was canceled and issued me a refund for 1 1/2 months. I am still being charged for the subscription.
