              Never felt so helpless dealing with my own money! I had a secured credit card in limbo for a month, I called numerous times and visited the branch about it being reissued or being made available to me. Once I started asking to speak with the President of the bank my call was passed around to everyone in the branch instead. It took two weeks to even get to his voicemail. I received a call back from *** (the President) and instead of him emphasizing with the situation, he mocked me because I didnt know all the people I spoke with previously. He told me my funds were on hold and asked me why! I let him know that was the answer I was looking for. I expressed my concerns and other issues with the branch but he responded by telling me that hes been a CEO for over 30 years and he knows how to do his job. I do not recommend this bank and *** already move most of my money. Id suggest anyone to do the same so they dont experience the level of disservice that I have. Shame on you OK Federal!
