Complaint: Chevrolet Equinox I purchased had a bad battery Chevrolet Equinox I purchased had a bad battery and salesman got a signed agreement with me called a weo to reimburse me the $130 for a new battery. I purchased the new battery. They were giving me the run a round on where my reimbursement check is and now I can't get anybody to return my phone calls and let me know what is going on. It has been since about July 24th
Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $130 refund check that I am owed
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/09/09) */ I have not received any previous BBB complaint on this issue. This notice says it is the 2nd one, but it is the first I have received. It seems as though the $130 refund basically got lost in the mix of a personnel change. I did some quick research and it seems the customer is owed the $130 and we will process a refund request with the accounting department right away. It will take a few days to process because our accounting department is at a different location. Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 11, 2015/09/16) */ I have finally received my refund from Barry sanders auto center. I received it Saturday September 12th for $130. I have been satisfied with issue. Thanks ***** *******
