Our company signed two contracts with them in March of 2019 and over six months ago we noticed issues with both systems. Through three employees making numerous calls to IHC we never could get the issues addressed, finally I made several visits in person. First they sent a technician to our location and he didn't have the material to fix our camera issues and had no clue on our fire system but offered to sale us cameras he had at a discounted rate?? They said they would order parts and repair, that's been six weeks. I made another visit with contracts in hand, I was told then a manager would meet me on site, never happened. I went back again and was told they didn't have certified employees to work on the fire equipment and quit doing that type of installation but has been charging our company card the entire time??? I made another call and was told by the Manager to call Time Payment (which I already had many times) and they could assist us with the fire system, they are just a payment collector???? A complete fraudulent run around. I wrote them a letter stating we are discontinuing business with them.

Every bit of that is a lie. The fire system was installed about 4 years ago. The building had severe water leakage running in directly on fire panel. Completely fried the panel. Explained that to them years ago and they never fixed leak and said not worried about. Now 3-4 years later they want us to look at it and give them a price. The camera system worked fine until recently. It’s out of the 2 year warranty and I contacted the manufacturer about replacing cameras and they don’t even make that model anymore. This guy is a complete jerk and I don’t want to quote him or perform any work for him. And he didn’t sign any contracts with my company. He purchased the equipment through a third party leasing company. He doesn’t want to pay them even though it’s they’re fault that water poured in on the panel and fried it. The building is an open garbage compacting center
