Brian Wright
President / CEO
Promotes self-regulation and ethical business practices throughout the entire business community. Maintains a visual presence and alerts the community to good buying practices and to specific trends in unethical, deceptive or unfair business practices. Uses the office of President to resolve issues between the business community, the public and government agencies. Responsible for ensuring a productive, successful and profitable service organization. Brian is a graduate of Elon College and enjoys automobiles, golf, hiking and outdoor activities. He is happily married and enjoys time with his 3 children.

Kristie Angel

Business Credibility Agent
Assumes the primary responsibility of answering consumer inquiries regarding the reliability of businesses in our 14 county service area. Accredits prospective businesses who have applied with our BBB. Performs ad reviews to ensure fair and equitable practices in advertising. Investigates area businesses showing a high pattern of complaints or questionable practices. Reviews and monitors local and national charities and records information to report to inquirers.

Robert Dunlap
Business Development Manager
Communicates the importance of trust, credibility and BBB accreditation to area businesses. Represents the BBB throughout the community at community events, fundraisers and business expos. Invites qualified businesses to apply for accreditation and collects required information for review and validation. Robert, a lifelong resident of Winston-Salem and UNC Chapel Hill graduate proudly served 10 years as an officer in the Army. He and his loving wife are local business owners in downtown Winston-Salem and he has three daughters, one son and a dog.

Karen Golden
Business Development Executive
Communicates the importance of trust, credibility and BBB accreditation to area businesses. Represents the BBB throughout the community at community events, fundraisers and business expos. Invites qualified businesses to apply for accreditation and collects required information for review and validation. Karen enjoys involving herself in community activities and Food Banks, biking and travel. As a native North Carolinian, Karen loves the community in which she lives.

Ray Haney
Business Development Executive
Communicates the importance of trust, credibility and BBB accreditation to area businesses. Represents the BBB throughout the community at community events, fundraisers and business expos. Invites qualified businesses to apply for accreditation and collects required information for review and validation. Ray is a highly-motivated sales and marketing professional with 20 years of experience. He is a graduate of Voorhees College with a bachelor of science in business and has a post degree from 5 Link University in leadership and direct selling. Ray is a proud member of Phi Beta Lambda business fraternity and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Vince Karathanas

Database Integrity Analyst
Manages the database of businesses for BBB by importing new businesses and removing those out of business. Validates the existing records for which we need additional information and assists with the completion of our Business Questionnaire.

 

Kelly Mace
Dispute Resolution Administrator
Processes consumer complaints and disputes utilizing conciliation, mediation, and arbitration resources. Administers the process to resolve those complaints in a timely manner. Counsels consumers with complaints on how to protect against problem areas, personally resolve problems and how to file a formal complaint if necessary. Helps to identify and train qualified candidates to become volunteer mediators or arbitrators for the BBB.

 

Debi Servidio
Office Manager
Serves as assistant to the President and Board of Directors. Maintains all financial records including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, monthly and quarterly financial and tax reports and audit preparation. Manages computer network, phone system, telecommunications and supplies for the office and staff. Debi enjoys crafts, especially scrapbooking. She collects cat figurines, bird houses and purple amethyst glass. Her three-year-old grandson is her favorite little person!

 

Melissa Tierney
Accredited Business Relations Administrator
Administers the BBB's Accredited Business services program by communicating new and vital information to our Accredited Businesses and their employees via newsletters and social media. Manages our strategy to retain our Accredited Businesses. Assists with new accredited business development by identifying & qualifying prospective businesses. Melissa, a Wake Forest graduate enjoys swimming and reading; but most of all, adores being with her little daughter.
