Additional Complaint Information

On March 8, 2012, we began receiving inquiries from customers asking about the status of this business. Customers indicated they had delays in receiving merchandise that they had dropped off for repairs. Customers also mentioned they were unable to reach the business and that there was no way to leave a message as they could in the past.

We have attempted to reach the business at their listed phone number but  there is no answer nor is there any way to leave a voice message. We also attempted to contact the owner on his cell phone. No one answered but a detailed message was left on voicemail requesting a return phone call as soon as possible.

During a visit to the store on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, a note was seen posted on the door. It read, "Will reopen Tuesday March 13th - Power should be restored - " While their posted hours of operation are listed Monday - Friday from 9am until 6pm, the store was closed with no signs of any activity at 9:15am.
