On August 29,2014, we contacted the business by certified mail concerning a pattern of complaints involving customers ordering merchandise but not receiving the merchandise despite multiple contacts to them online, by email, and by phone. We asked the business to provide to us a response indicating the steps they would take to eliminate this pattern of complaints and to also respond to the currently then fourteen unanswered complaints. No response from the company concerning the pattern of complaints or their plan to correct them has been received.
