BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: My car was parked outside of my apartment while the operating manager, Lucky D******, was digging up the pavement to re-pave the lot at my complex, when he and two other people saw a giant piece of pavement fling towards my car and put a giant ding in the side of my car as I was putting my 19 month old son in the car to go the doctor's office. Mr. D****** chuckled before I said, "Someone is going to have to pay for this." He then walked over to get his business card and told me to send an estimate to his office. This was over two months ago. I have called multiple times and sent three quotes, per their request, after the manager Chris told me that this was going to be more expensive than they had anticipated, even though they claimed the hold-up was their insurance company. I called three days ago, again, after speaking with the dealership where my lease is, and was told by the manager, Chris, that he would meet me in Salisbury this week and pay the middle quote price for my lease to be repaired so I don't have to pay out of pocket. I've called again the past two days, and left a message yesterday after being told he was out of the office. When I called today, the receptionist began to transfer me until I told her I was calling about my car again, and not from a company. I'm a single mother and have a special needs child; I am just trying to not have to pay the car dealership $600 + dollars out of my pocket because some jerk hit my car and thinks I'm too nice to pursue this further.
Desired Settlement: Payment via cash or check for the repair of my vehicle.
This complaint has been resolved, and I would like to remove the complaint or have it noted that this complaint is no longer an issue as of this week. Thank you very much.
