Complaint: Purchased a chysler 300c from Vestal ,it had a six month warranty on it I had issues with it before I bought it,they promise to fix the problems on it never did correctly still has the same problems and even has scratches on it from the repair shop I talk to them about all my concerns before and after,and even called the owner no response back it has been the worst purchase I have ever made in my life.My car has been in and out the shop seven times since Feburary
Desired Settlement: I just would like to seat down and talk to the owner and receive some kind of montary funds back from all the cars I had to get and take care of my car correctly because I do wont to keep it
BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
