BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|

|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. Complaint: We took our 2007 Ford Fusion to Parkway Ford on Peters Creek Pkwy in Winston Salem on a Friday morning at 8am due to the car not being able to start. Because we did not have an appointment service tech was not sure if car could be completed on Friday and asked for it to be left. Car was not worked on Friday or Saturday. Dealership closed on Sunday, and was unable to be worked on on Monday due to not having the needed parts for the car. They did not have the parts, because in two full days no one looked at the car or the service request slips to see what was needed for the car. Car was not completed until Wednesday morning at 10am. My husband an I had to continue to call the service tech as he said he would call with updates and he never did. When we called he would tell us the car would be completed at different times when we would call to make sure the car was completed, of course it was not. Called the service manager on Thursday, he offered a free oil change and a car wash. An oil change and car wash are no resolution for not having a car for five and a half days, missing two days of work at my husbands parttime job, and having to keep calling back and fourth to ford because we kept getting missed informed.
Desired Settlement: I would like half the amount we paid in labor cost rufunded.
