I had an ac/furnace installed on 4/1/14. The men who installed were great. My concern is that when I asked for a break down of the bill.IE..How much was the ac/furnace, I was inform they don't give a break down on each job. Just the total cost. I feel this is unfair to the customer. Is there a hidden agenda? Would I use ACE again? Yes, but I like my bill to be broken down not just the total cost.
