Repair appointment made 2 weeks in advance.Auto left for repairs and parts were not at facility.Rented a car for 1 week and auto was never repaired.
I made reservations with *** 2 weeks in advance and called the Friday before my car was to go in and was told all parts were there. My car had been hit in a parking lot and the other driver took off, but there was minor front end damage. I received messages on the Monday, March 2, 2015, after drop off and Tuesday that all was going well with the repairs and when I called on Wednesday to find out if my car was ready *** told me that they had found additional damage and it would take another day to get the other parts. On Thursday I called and was told by *** that winter storms had kept the parts from arriving. On Friday I called and was told by *** that their distributor had lied to them and had not sent them the extra parts. Later I got my insurance co. involved and it turned out that they had ordered the parts for the repair but they had never arrived. They took my car in knowing this. My car sat there for a week, without the parts in the building, while I spent $260.00 renting a vehicle as I did not have rental insurance. I had my car reassembled and picked it up. I have since taken it elsewhere.

A reimbursement check in the amount of $260.00 will be mailed to the customer to ensure they are not out of pocket because of that delay.
