I am a real estate broker in *********. I am dedicated to offering ***** as my go to inspector to my buyer clients. I always recommend three different inspectors so that the clients can decide on their own, however when they choose ***** I am thrilled and for my personal purchases and all my family members, we always choose her and her team. She is drama free, offers fantastic solid advice, her reports are professional and I always learn something new when I tag along with her. I work with many other inspectors on a daily basis because sometimes other agents use other inspectors. I have never worked with a more professional inspector in all my 9 years as an agent.

I'm taking the time to give ***** a 5 star review. I appreciated her being on time and waiting for us since we were few minutes late. ***** was very prepared and ready to work! I have worked with other inspectors in the past and ***** sure took the cake! She is very approachable and knowledgeable about the industry. She has great patience even answering the questions of my 5 year old. In my opinion, anyone who takes the time to answer many questions is a great professional and proves they love what they do. She had all of her tools and climbed on the roof like a little mountain goat. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a home inspection prior to purchasing. I guarantee you she will make you feel very comfortable and will go above and beyond to get the inspection done thoroughly. After the inspection, she sent me the inspection report in a timely manner and I was very surprise with the report because she took her time to prepare it and added extra reading information to help you become a knowledgeable property owner.
