    At the end of the day, my floors are dry and I have no mold, I paid way more than we were initially quoted, and ***** nasty accusatory customer service absolutely SUCKS!**** is thorough in his work and takes pride in being a small business owner. He was initially friendly (tune changed) and transparent with the initial quote. We paid a deposit and he got it setup.**** ran the equipment an additional day but I did not see new pricing till being given the bill - the price jumped quite a bit. On the last day, he broke everything down and I gave him a check.A few days later, check stillhadnt cleared my bank - he calls me and says my check got kicked back. I panicked, apologized, and told him I had no idea why because there was an abundance of money in that account and offered to show my account balance and issue payment again immediately in whatever method would be best.**** got aggressive on the phone and accused me of the kick back being intentional. At this point, his wife takes the phone and starts apologizing for his accusations, blaming bad experiences with past customers. She asked me to send her a picture of my credit card and when I pushed back, she ran it over the phone. At this point, I ******************* in make another accusation about a bad card because he didnt know Amex has 4 digit codes.My suspicion is they tried to deposit the check made to Waters Out into one of their other business bank accounts and their bank said no. This suspicion was reiterated when the credit card receipt came from ***************** Inspections, not Waters Out. Im a nonprofit Director of HR and Finance so it wouldnt be the first time Ive seen that. After the phone call, I ended up sending him a screenshot of my bank balance because I didnt feel good about being accused of ripping off a local small business.Overall, I definitely wont use again, absolutely wont EVER recommend them, and I fully expect that neither **** or ******** will ever make it right.
