    I bought a brand new 2020 ************ home .the first four months started having steering problems .took to 3 frieghtliner repair shops that frieghtliner told me to none of repair facilities could fix problem .finely drove it to ******* to Newmar repair center. ******** went out all the way. Got stuck in hotel for 5 days then had to fly home and fly back to get coach drove it back to ******* the problems still exists very dangeres to drive. But frieghtliner said it was safe to drive thank god we didnt get in a wreck .now this makes it the forth repair facility.now Im thinking Ill never get it fixed I should just trade it in. But I couldnt do that and put another person in danger because I know frietliner doesnt care about there customers just the dollars .after all the time money and heart ***** drove it from fla to ************** to ***************************** they fixed everything in 7 hours .the steering callum was wired backwards and addid a part to the motor so it would quit running hot.I can not beleave frieghtliner put my life a risk for so long.now I have tires that are three years old and ****** miles on them blowing out .worked my whole life to retire and *** spent the last 3 year spending my retirement money and time trying to get a bad product safe to drive. Unbelievable

    Bought a brand new 2020 Western Star **** truck that broke down on the way home with bad injector and hood not fitting right. Hood has been fixed 6 or 7 times, still 1.5" from being straight on the truck. After injector repair truck was getting 3-4 mpg instead of 6 or 7 that was claimed. Dealer / DTNA drove around bobtail and best they could get was 4mpg. They told me maybe it will fix itself in 40 or ****** miles. **** was broke in the center when truck was built, under 10k miles my dash was no longer available so a later dash was retrofitted into the truck. ducts for new dash don't work in my truck, my ducts don't work in this dash so after months DTNA came to the dealer and "made plugs" to block vents that wouldn't hook up, used asphalt glue, foil tape and pvc plumbing from a house to get air to come out? (remember the truck is brand new) Hood is worn down and rubbed into the layers of fiberglass and they want to just keep adjusting it until it is out of warranty. They have repainted the door and some of the hood we now have paint on the window / door seals and the corner of the side window got painted. Our new truck looks like a rebuilt wreck. I have a video of us trying to get a work order or repair order from the dealer and they were "unable to give it to us at this time". ****************** started reading tech notes while I was recording and I asked if I could have a copy but she declined on video. Horrible customer support.
