I've used **** more then once over the years for rock and in general the rock was OK as far as rock goes. The main issue isn't the rock but **** himself! Or more like his customer service and billing... NOT 1st time questions about it has been raised but definitely the last! He brought me rock for my back area and I offered to pay him that day but he said he'd figure it out and **** send me a ****. Received NOTHING for almost a month and then he called me to ask ME how many loads he brought me (I wrote it off as him just being busy). He said sorry taking so long and he'll mail it out "soon". Heard NOTHING again for about 2 weeks and then I get a voice mail AND text basically saying how dare I not pay him yet and I'm unprofessional etc etc, so I remind him HE hadn't even sent me a **** when he called around a month and let him know I STILL hadn't gotten one so how could I pay him?! Got another couple texts saying basically he's going to show up at my door if I don't text him back with my mailing address again to verify it (let me point out at this point I hadn't gotten anything asking for it again!) Sent it to him AGAIN, told him please send me a **** and I'll pay it ASAP but this is crazy and bad business and I won't he using him again... about a week later (and few more rude texts) I FINALLY got **** in mail on Thurs evening/Aug 19th, dropped payment in mailbox the next day (Fri the 20th) and figured thank goodness it was done! So it took him ONE and a HALF MONTHS to get a **** in my hand!... fast forward to today/week later and he shows up at my house demanding I write him a new check on the spot (and PAY to cancel my check I already sent him) and some how it's my fault the check hasn't shown ** In the mail yet and it shouldn't take this long etc etc (let me point out from the day he said he mailed it it took like 8 days to show ** in my box) and and and... started threatening that if I don't give him another check he's going to put a LEAN on my property etc etc... at that point and after the shock had worn off about the craziness I told him to get off my property and never come back and IF after a fair and legal amount of time has passed without the check clearing my account then I would contact HIM or a 3rd party and make sure it gets handled but I will not be dealing with him ever again. (When a person threaten my property and family and/or do this infront of my kids the way he just did that's the end of it!) Again I will point out it took him a month and a half to even get me a **** in hand and he's doing all this over him not having the check in hand in a week! I recommend NEVER using this company being as this was the ***** that did all this!....
