NEVER seek services from **** Barnett!!!! I submitted my taxes to the Barnett and **** in Lewiston the first week of March 2022. I called March 11th because I never received confirmation that they received my taxes. I heard nothing after that. Twenty days later I called and left a message. No one called me back. Every time I called it went straight to voicemail. I never received a returned phone call. I emailed one of the accountants to find out the status of my taxes. They responded on April 5th with a list of things they needed from me. I gathered that information that night. I waited a week and still heard nothing from them. I asked my mom to stop by their business to ask them if they would please call me. They never did. I drove from Orofino to Lewiston to get some answers. The door to their business was locked with a note that said, if you need to speak to someone, call this number. It was the same number I had been calling. I knocked on the door until someone answered. It was one of the accounts working for **** Barnett. The office was covered in piles of folders. It was a mess. I asked the status of my taxes. They were still not done. She said they would call me the next day. **** Barnett did call my husband the next day only to scream profanity at my husband, threaten to press charges for calling them too many times, and tell us that our taxes were still not done. That was April 15th. I have never experience this degree of unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and poor service.
