I had an extremely good experience with Pacific Exteriors. After talking to ******************************* I checked the BBB reviews and saw some negative comments. I started to reconsider using Pacific Exteriors but decided to select them because of my experiences of dealing with *******************************. That was a very good decision. I wonder if the bad experiences that I read about were due to subcontractors, which they use because of the nature of the volume of work. Anyway, dealing with the staff (during office visits), the project manager, and the crew ******* was very good. Also, the price I got was much lower than two other outfits which were going to do the same work, using the same material. The quality of the workmanship and the demonstrated concerns of the work crew and the project manager were top. Based upon my experiences with Pacific Exteriors I would strongly recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants to get soffits or even siding which I am thinking of getting (but I do have concerns with the requirement to remove the original siding).

If youre looking a full siding jobs with windows and gutters, in the definitely steer clear of this company. It has been a nightmare, stressful and this contractor experience is not worth going through. We have very little communication from project managers, one was let go from the company and it was not communicated until 3 weeks after our project was supposed to start. Our first project manager quoted us additional work that needed to be done, I agreed on the written quote price, waited for a contact addendum, then I find out 6 weeks later that the pacific exteriors refused to honor the quote and would only complete the needed work for more money.As an owner you need to be on site, sub contractors did not install house wrap to manufacturer specs and I, home owner, had to manage the communication to pacific exteriors. If I didnt see the work done incorrectly, siding would have covered up multiple problem areas. Our contractors started in July after a month delay. Were at the end of September, painters showed up yesterday and they couldnt do their job, supplies procured were incorrect and they were missing paint. Gutter contractors could not finish their job due to no communication between project manager and sub, and due to no communication, the sub couldnt call me to answer questions so they could complete the job. Some of the sub contractors they hired, they do the best work they can. Pacific exteriors project management team? not the case. Note that my house is only a 40k job, so maybe larger contracts with higher profit get better service from this company.

8-15-2022 I signed a contract to have Pacific Exteriors install siding on my house.I had 2 questions for the salesman: How long is the install? And when do you start?I was told: "The project manager will contact you in 1 - 2 weeks, and the install takes 1 - 2 weeks."8-19-2022 I was billed for 1/3 of the total.1+ month later and no contact from Pacific Exteriors.I called Pacific Exteriors and asked when something was going to happen, I was told: "the project manager will contact you in 1 - 2 weeks."I informed her I was told the exact same thing over a month ago and I didn't appreciate being lied to.Fast forward to 11-10-2022, the siding job finally starts.My initial attempt at leaving a review failed because it exceeded the size limit, so I cant even scratch the surface of the incompetence, lies, and damage, Pacific Exteriors did to my home.Pacific Exteriors promotes themselves as a top of the line, premium siding company.100% False.What they sell you, and what you receive, are two entirely different things.Pacific Exteriors does not install siding on your home.They sub the entire job to a very small, low cost, low quality, very low quality, siding company.They show up, eventually, when they get around to it, make a huge mess, destroy stuff, and leave.And never, ever, work a 5 day week.I have a daily record, pictures, and text messages of the entire 8 month ordeal, but it doesn't come close to fitting here.I contacted Pacific Exteriors and told them that after what they put me through I expect a partial refund, I was told: "I will run that up the flagpole."Not only did they not offer me any kind of refund, they didn't even respond, just the final bill for the full amount.If you want a truly miserable, frustrating, stressful, incompetent, sub-standard 'home improvement' experience, Pacific Exteriors is one stop shopping.

My wife and I hired Pacific Exteriors a couple of years ago. As chance would have it, the tail end of our project ran face first into the initial covid outbreak. Fortunately, they were able to see the project through to completion without any serious hiccups.We hired Pacific Exteriors because we wanted the best installer of *********************** siding in the region. We found them by using the contractor locator tool on the *********************** website, and at the time (no idea what it says now), they were the only ones to be listed near us with a 99% recommendation rate (99% of their customers recommend them). With a project as big as ours, our main priority was that we didn't want to have to worry whether the contractor would do a poor job, then refuse to make it right. We also didn't want to spend that much money and be left feeling like there were a lot of little details that we weren't satisfied with. That's why we sought out the best contractor we could find. And once we had our consultation, we didn't even concern ourselves with shopping for a better price.From the initial visit by the estimator, it was clear these guys were on the up-and-up, and that they placed customer satisfaction at the forefront of their operation. The estimator was very honest and knowledgeable (he mentioned a couple of things of ways Pacific Exteriors goes above and beyond by complying with stricter code requirements that exist in ****** and ****, but not yet in Washington, because they make sense and will lead to an install that endures much longer in our climate. I called code enforcement in ******** myself and verified it was all true.I see a complaint against this company suggesting a child "could have gotten hurt" and that they "almost broke" their mower--sounds like they may be talking about nails left behind. The install contract is clear that they can't possibly remove all nails, and they were quite clear about that. "Could have" gotten hurt and "almost" broken mower is not = to 1 star.

First all I want to add, I initially took down my review at their request to give them a chance to fix things. I left it alone for months until my husband started finding more issues and almost broke our lawn mower because of their carelessness. Had my son been playing in the yard he could have gotten hurt by the stuff we found. So I'm not okay with these folks and just done with them. I wanted to like this company, and at first I did, then things went south, they assured they'd fix things. and even months later we're still finding garbage and problems left behind by the workers. For the price we paid for everything. Definitely not worth it and even now I'm worried that something will pop up and we'll be left with a huge bill for their mistakes. 1. Nothing was done in the order or time that they said it would be. 2. The siding/window guys smoked on our property even after being asked not to. 3. They showed up inconsistently 4. left a mess on or property regularly 5. Damaged a Japanese maple tree that wasn't even close to the house and not only did they not say anything but didn't even offer to fix it. 6. We had to repeatedly contact our PM to let them know things were not done properly. including a. the windows were extremely jagged and gap filled on the inside b. one leaked so bad it almost damaged the inside of our house c. they didn't properly align the slider and we had to do it ourselves they also used the wrong hardware, our screen on it is still not fixed d. they never removed the stickers from the windows (we still have one high up we can't get to) e. We're finding garbage and nails everywhere still 7. Bricks they moved from our flower beds everywhere in our yard. 8. They seemed so aloof and made excuses and acted like they didn't care. The whole process was exhausting and I work nights and the inconsistency made my life hell for a project that shouldn't have taken as long as it did. The only positive I have to say is that the guy they had fix our drywall inside and actual painters who came and did the flashing/trim work were very polite, and efficient. Even though our house now looks nice. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.
