            Roof cleaning and **** treatment was contracted in 11/21 Job was to be done in two parts cleaning then **** treatment.Roof cleaning was completed but it has been 9 months and no **** treatment.Their price Included three years of warranty so price Is elevated. I paid close To $800 and will need To pay another $300 if the **** treatment t is applied. They elevated price come from the extra warranty which is no good until after the **** treatment is applied. This company charges too much and has not completed my service . When I contact them about it they say that will get to it eventually when they have other work to do in the area but no work for 9 months

            We used Roof Life of Oregon to treat and maintain our shake roof. They were adequate for that. However, we needed to replace two skylights and they bid to do them. One worked out fine. The other, it turned out was not the standard size. They did not measure before installing the wrong sized skylight. Then we spent money replacing flashing and shakes as they recommended before they admitted it was the wrong size. In the meantime it leaked into our house. They eventually took back the skylight but refused to compensate for the extra work done to fix a problem they created. We ended up replacing the roof due to age and damage. The new roofer put in the correct sized skylight for less cost than Roof Life of Oregon had quoted for the custom skylight. *******, the owner, when a problem arose was condescending to us and was difficult to deal with.

            We strive to provide quality communication and always appreciate and encourage all our clients to provide input and reviews. We were surprised when we received your review. We did refund the total cost of the skylight and installation as we had promised. We ordered replacements for the existing skylights. It was only during the removal of the existing skylights that we discovered that one wasnt sized correctly and had been forced to fit. Once we identified the problem, we notified you that the curb had been modified by the original contractor which caused the flashing/skylight union to be questionable. After discovering this, we offered to create a new proposal to rebuild the curb and order a custom skylight that would fit as designed and eliminate the problem going forward. At that time, you indicated that you wanted to wait and see if the additional costs would be necessary. Every project is unique. When things are discovered, we do our best to relay the information and provide solutions. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. Our goal is to provide all our clients with the best information regarding their roofs so they can make the best decisions.
