Complaint: Mr ********* ******, owner sent his crew to my father's home on three occasions to diagnose a roof leak with water that was coming inside a window. They removed shingles and caulked, they claimed and it still was leaking inside the window. No attempt was made to truly diagnose the problem and offer a solution. They requested additional funds to further fix the issue, at which point we sought a second and third opinion. This firm had come recommended by a previous contractor,**********.
Desired Settlement: Refund of the $960 plus tax from their initial visit. Also a note in their file of this complaint of failing to perform work while charging an inflated fee.

The client requested a repair, I observed where the problem was and fix it but didn't realize that the issue was deeper down the roof because to be able to detect it the first time I would of need to tear off a bigger section of the area.I am willing to refund the client her money if that would make her sastified. My company has been in business for more than 14 years and my goal is to avoid this type of situations to prevent negative impact of my business. If the client would have talked to me before it wouldn't be necessary for her to proceed this far. Hopefully giving her refund of her money this issue can be resolved and as soon as my client responds and agrees to be sastified with it, I will be mailing her the check ASAP.
