              Fri Nov 3, 2023 @ 6:45pm @ lancaster drive location - online order ******** Being a former Restaurant Manager, I'm appalled at what happened this evening. I ordered almost $50 worth of food. I ordered a couple big burgers couple orders hog fries and a burger basket. Well. I counted the containers. 6 containers. Ok good. I ask for a cup for fry sauce was told they can't do that, I may grab 4 lil fry sauce cups. That was a bit odd, considering what I just spent. But just brushed it off. Not a big deal. I drive 50 mins home. I have the 2 big burgers- 2 hog fries, a container with about 8 French fries and AN EMPTY CONTAINER! My burger was not in the container! I try calling before you close. We called over and over again. You REFUSED TO ANSWER! HOW DARE YOU! AND YOU BURNT OUR FRIES! I'M INFURIATED AND WILL SPREAD THE **** BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO PROVIDE DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU BLATANTLY RIPPED ME OFF. YOU RUINED MY WHOLE NIGHT AFTER I WORKED 12 HOURS. IF YOU DON'T CARE, GET OUT OF THE HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE INDUSTRY. TRY BEING FRIENDLY TO PEOPLE AS WELL. IT WAS NOT WELCOMING AT ALL.
