As a licensed agent, they do not work well or respect agents efforts to market their clients listings. For example, I have an unexpired listing agreement with my client for a property which I listed the same day. I was getting great response for the unit, until I didnt. I never received any notice, nor did I realize the listing was inactivated, until I logged into my account on their desktop version of the site. Their mobile version is useless in which I also contacted them for a resolution and was later banned for criticizing their lack of competency in their tending to customer issues (yes, Im a customer, too, as an agent). I tried to reactivate the listing to find that I needed to contact them in which I did. They never have an available rep to take a call, so I emailed and didnt receive a prompt response. This is time my clients listing is off the market and thus interfering with our transaction! They requested proof of ownership or a listing agreement (dated within the last 30 days). Mind you, my agreement was dated 2 months ago and didnt expire for another 2 months. The expiration should apply; not the date of the agreement! They wouldnt honor it. Now I have to spend more time resolving the issue and I simply wont use their service to market this listing. I give them an F for customer/agent service. They lack integrity to their agents as well as ignore resolutions to repeat issues with their platform.
