    We first met ******************************* in September and hired ******************************* to be our property manager in October. We told her on Oct. 14th we were going to be leaving the house on the 27th, and it would be ready on the 29th of October to rent out. Her only job was to find a tenant. On the 25th, she wrote us to say she was going on vacation the weekend of Oct. 29th, but that she would send us the ad and put it up on Monday Nov. 1. We were not happy, but OK.Then, 4:30pm on Monday, and she had still not contacted us. I wrote her and she said she was having a technical problem, but that she would get to it the next day. Then the following day Tuesday Nov. 2 at 2:30pm, she sent us an ad that was missing most of the important information for the house. I had to draft the ad and find a new property manager. I fired her the next morning.Due to her gross negligence, the house sat empty, not being even advertised, for a week. I had to fire her for her gross negligence, and hire another property manager, which took more time, when she knew weeks in advance the house was supposed to be rented out. She should have never gone on vacation the last weekend of Oct., since she knew the property was going to be empty. She should have put the ad up on Friday the 28th, for viewing asap. Now she is asking for a $250 break fee, though she was fired for gross negligence. I think it is very unfair and unethical to pay her anything, since I had to spend significant time messing with this because of her incompetence. I am in ***** and she was trying to take advantage of me.

    I would leave this as zero stars if I could. I saw a house pop up on Zillow and their website yesterday 11/14/2023. It said it was $*****. As soon as I could the next morning 11/15/2023 I applied to tour the house. I got the information I needed, scanned the **** I was schedule to see it at 11am. I got to the place and looked on the site and they had changed it from ***** to *****. Like a $500 difference. Then they didnt even put the right lock on the door so I couldnt even view the house. I took time away from my day to stand at the door on hold for them to tell me they have to reschedule. And then that they change the price of rent.
