I am writing to make a formal complaint and seeking disciplinarian action against ***** Bubble and his Supervisor, *******************, at The Foundation Group, a commercial real estate group and property manager in *******,**********, We contracted with ***** and the Foundation Group for the sale of a property in ******* and he repeatedly lied, engaged is tricks to modify key terms of contracts, concealed price sensitive information and was unwilling to provide written confirmation of verbal instructions. We believe ********************** and the Foundation Group have breached the **************** code of conduct including: a) Knowingly committing, or being a party to, any material fraud, misrepresentation, concealment, conspiracy, collusion, trick, scheme, or device whereby any other person lawfully relies upon the word b) In the case of real estate firms, and managing and designated brokers, failing to exercise adequate supervision over the activities of their brokers and managing brokers within the scope of this chapter; We experienced a number of breaches of the code in addition to unprofessional, unethical and potentially criminal acts including the following: 1. Engaged in 'concealment, a trick and a scheme' by changing material information including closing dates on contracts by not verbally disclosing and requesting to be quickly signed without review. 2. Knowingly perpetrated a fraud by exucting a signed contact without my express direction leading to executing a binding sale contract against my desire. 3. Confirmed this scheme by refusing eight direct requests for written confirmation that he verbally disclosed and I agreed to modification to key elements to contracts.4. Knowingly concealed our listing from the market by not advertising our transaction on Zillow and Redfin 5. Conspired to list a property well below marke to accellerate a sale and commission for his bennefit 6. Continues to show our property on MLS withouth a valid listing agreement.
