We applied with park 52 together as a couple. They approved me to move in and told me later to do a separate application for my husband. I moved in their units and after adding my husband to the lease they rejected him and yet I informed them before moving and they did all the background check but they rejected my husband because he is not working and he doesnt have a rental history and he doesnt have full time job yet me am working and approved and am okay with it. We are married legally but how can park 52 separate married couples by approving one and denying the other with no reasons of negative reports Whatsoever. They could have rejected both of us or approved both but promised to add on later after I move in. Then when my husband decided to move in with me because he doesnt have a place to stay, park 52 asked him to move out and threatened to evict him or both of ** and fined ** $500 stating that my husband is trespassing yet we applied already to be on the lease. Which property separates couples with no reasons. Recently my brother came in town from another state and decided to hang around as he looks for a place to stay. As per park 52 any visitors staying more than a week needs an add on application. We did the application and it took them 1 months for the application yet they havent approved or said anything but they called and emailed asking for holding deposit and application fee then they went silent for a whole month. Each time you call park 52 they transfer calls to 3 people who never solves the issue and later they tell you to leave a voicemail because the application desk are in a meeting. Whenever you call someone who is supposed to take care of the issue is either on lunch break or in a meeting then they ask you to hang up and never calls back or follow up.
