    To start I have been renting a unit from jpm real estate and it's been since 2019 . Forcthe most part my rent has been ontime and ofcthe correct amount. During covid I was let go from work and was not able to pay the rent. Then things started breaking or for instance a car had been speeding by and ran into the 1st apartment. I lived in the 2nd apartment. My window in back was broken and so was my door from the fire department kicking it in. ***/ and property owners had come in to my apartment and saw the damages. For a whole yr no one came to fix either of them and the neiboring business was the main part of all the damage. They used hoses to run off rain water from the room right next to my window causing internal damages to the foundation. I also told that to maintenance of the building. After a while they finally fixed my door if that's what u wanna call it. It still was broken honestly but they did not care to fix it properly or just replace the pieces. So again after some time of water damages my left foot went through the bottom of my showered and I hurt my ankle. I put a patch on it and hoped for it to hold because of the prior work of these ppl employees of jpm I didnt wanan be put out of my apartment for months during the covid erra.. I still contacted jpm to tell them and they still did nothing. Once they finally did it was September of this yr 2022. By this time my problems with leg got worse. I didnt mention to u that I was a cancer survivor from the yr ****. I was only a kid but I had ostesarcoma. I had multiple surgery and ended loosing a majority of my bone to cancer from left ankle to upper high knee tibia and fibula. Replaced with titanium. So ergo I have been dealing with alot ofxpain and had lost my job. I am getting evicted by this friday/ tonight. Cause if no payments. I told them in wich I do have it. The rental assistance is sending funds. So in a nut shell that's what's going on. I feel like I am being singled out so jpm can save money

    I have lived at Sunrise Pointe for over 2 years, which is managed by **********. My husband, who has chronic health issues, passed out in the shower and cracked the tub. JPM is charging us over $5k to repair it. Yes, over $5,000 for a crack in a bathtub. They are unable to justify the price with a detailed invoice and have now sent us cause to evict paperwork because we are unable to pay $5k for a crack in a bathtub that occured during a medical emergency. They are uncaring and greedy people, never ever rent from them.
