My mother and I have MULTIPLE issues in need of fixing. We called GHP MONTHS ago to ask for help and we got stood-up the first two times they said they'd be here, and with no calls or anything to let us know why and when they could come out. Then this past Monday, (3-21-22), they said they'd be here at 3pm. They didn't show up until 4:30 and only addressed ONE of our problems and said they'd call on Wednesday (today - 3-23-22) only for us to call them to ask what's up. They then tells us they refuse to service us because of "unhealthy" conditions. We do not have unhealthy conditions. And the guy that came on Monday stank SO BAD of cigarettes that I can STILL smell it in the house days later. When I then made a post in a local group, asking for help and sharing our experience with GHP, the wife of the guy who showed up Monday proceeded to insult us. So there's a lot of discrimination going on, ON TOP of them being unable to do their work in a timely fashion, and communicating with their customers. I would honestly avoid this company at all costs. Find someone better. WAY better.

I called Grays Harbor plumbing to fix a clogged line to septic system, they said they would call before person to come out, they didn't call, plumber showed up with his equipment and started to do the job without any protective equipment, was handling feces coated equipment and then wipes his hands on his clothes, he gave me the bill which I handle with care making sure I didn't touch the part he handled and then ask me if he could come in and wash his hands, I said no, I had to disinfect anything he touched, the faucet outside hooked to the water hose, it was a disgusting experience, I called the company and made my complaint, the person on the other line didn't much care, I said I would never call again, in these trying times I don't understand why something like this happens.
