            On August 18th at1350 I took our chihuahua to franko's Dog Grooming in ********* ********** for a bath teeth brushed nails clipped flea medicine and when I returned for pick up I paid with my **** card.on the way home I noticed that he smelled very bad and I wasn't expecting that since he should of smelled good from his bath.after looking him over nothing I paid for was done to him except a nail trim.i went back and asked why and they told me there was nothing they could do for **** then took him to another pet salon and the owner gave her professional opinion that the dog was not bathed,teeth brushed nails filed.i called frankos back and asked for a refund or the service I paid for and they told me no.i have all supporting documents and pictures to my claim.please help.i have a respiratory ailment and it is very important to have our pets bathed to take care of the dander.

            I have been taken my dogs and now one dog to Frankos for going on right to ten years. They have been great so positive and have always been pleased When our friends started having issues with their dog I told our fryto call Frankos and explain her behavior and the will figure which groomer to put ***** (their dog) with. My friends call the groomer a dog whisperer. She was amazing! ***** has passed and one of our has as well. I still bring **** here and we drive almost an 1 1/2 hour s to bring her. And will continue to do so??
