: (5 Stars)******* is very knowledgeable and friendly, and addressed the issues I was having. He is my go to technician. I was having slugs in my house. He also did my quarterly for maintenance and will return for free if needed.

We've been a Barrier customer for well over 5 years and we appreciate what they do for us. They come out quarterly for maintenance. If/when there is an outbreak of something, say ants, they will come out for free to address the issue in a timely fashion.Barrier Pest Control LLC Response

We have been a Barrier customer for years. We ask for a crawl space inspection and removal of a possible dead rodent that was causing a terrible smell throughout the house. Two separate inspectors came out and did not get past the Crawlspace entry, telling us that there were too many obstructions. We have had contractors crawl the entire perimeter before so we know it can be done. It was obvious to us that they did not want to do the job that they advertise the do. If you require Crawlspace work, Barrier is not the company that will get the job done.Review from Pam S

I know reviews can be confusing...some great some not so great but I wanted to share my experience after being a customer for over 10 years. I have always had great service and I have been treated with great respect and concern from the technicians. I call it "old school" service because many businesses no longer stress the fact that the customer pays the bills and why they have a job. I live in the ******, ** area and we do have a serious small ant problem...everyone I know has a pest service. We all hate to use many chemicals but have found Barrier to use environmentally friendly treatments. Whenever I see more than a couple of ants I call and they provide retreatment as soon as possible...remembering that there are seasonal busy times and they may not be able to come immediately but usually within a couple of days. I want to give a shout out to the recent technician, Salvador. He was such a pleasant man. He was cheerful conscientious and even offered to lift a box out of my SUV for me if it was too heavy. Thank you Barrier and Salvador! This is why I never even let the competition give me their "spiel".Barrier Pest Control LLC Response
