BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: After signing all the loan papers and turning in my trades, the dealership calls me and tells me that I need to bring them another $3,000.00 because they wrote the miles from my trade in down wrong and that I either have to bring them the money or bring back the motorcycle. They threatened me with the police if I did not return the motorcycle and said they were not going to pay off my trades. I have spoke to the Sales Manager and the Owner of the dealership and they have refused to fund my purchase even after we have already signed the loan docs and I have registered the motorcycle in my name.
Desired Settlement: I just need the dealership to submit by loan to the bank and I want to ensure this type of thing does not happen to anyone else. I think it is bad business especially since we did everything they required to get approved for the loan.
Business Response: This has been discussed and resolved with the customer.

Complaint: I was sold a certified pre owned motorcycle with a 12 year old battery. I bought the bike at the end of February, and due to weather conditions had not been riding it. The first trip, over memorial day weekend. As we started off for the second day the bike would not start. We were quite a ways from home but were able to push start it and have the battery tested at a Napa autoparts where it was discovered that the battery had a bad cell and was manufactured in 2004. The year of manufacture of the motorcycle is 2005. Selling a "certified pre owned" motorcycle with a 12 year old battery is negligent at best and should have been caught by the service department when the bike was traded in and never been allowed to go out on the floor.
Desired Settlement: A replacement battery.
Business Response: We are very sorry to hear that you had an issue with the battery on your 2005 Harley-Davidson Sportster. The vehicle was purchased on 2/20/2016, and you claim that it wasn't ridden until 5/30/2016 because of weather conditions. I verified that the battery and the charging system tested good, and that we installed a battery tender lead to the vehicle during it's safety check. Over ninety days have passed since the purchase of the vehicle, and it was never ridden? In addition if this were the case, why didn't the battery tender lead get used? Unfortunately batteries do fail, and bikes are sold "AS IS," with no implied warranty. If you would like to discuss this in person, I am glad to speak with you and come to a resolution.
