Complaint: On September 21, 2014 I purchased a mattress called Latex Bliss Balance from American Mattress. They charged me 599.09. They told me it could take up to two weeks to deliver it. Two weeks later, with no information from them, I called them and they told me they would find out what happened with my order. The next day I was told the mattress I ordered was discontinued. I asked for a refund and they told me they don't give refunds but a manager would call me on Monday, October 13th. No manager called me. I called them again and he told me that he was talking to the mattress company and would call me right back. He never did. And at this point, all I wanted was a refund because what he sold me didn't exist. I called him again the following day and he argued with me and yelled at me that he would call me back sometime. That is unacceptable customer service. I'm just asking for a refund for a product they falsely sold me.
Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $599.09, since I paid that amount for an item which was never delivered and is apparently discontinued.

Complaint: On July XX XXXX My wife and I purchase a queen sized ********** mattress made by ******** American Mattress guaranteed the comfort and durability of the mattress for 10 years. The next working day my wife and I tried to resolve the lumpy-hole issues with the mattress. Upon the request by American Mattress we purchased more support for the box spring and bed frame trying to comply with the sales representative suggesting that hole and lumpy feel to the mattress was a support issues. These suggestion were a mirror ploy to delay the fact that the mattress delivered was not the mattress we agreed to purchase. In confronting the American Mattress sales person HE even agreed that it was the wrong mattress, however American Mattress has refused to honor the Warranty and have not guarantied our comfort of rest as of this day Sept.XX XXXX.
