As others have stated, the staff is impossible to reach. So if you have problems (after the fact), contact your bank and dispute the charges. Also I will be following the advice of the other reviewer who said to delete all your address books. Good idea.I tried calling the phone number on their website, and was immediately disconnected every time. The Contact Us webpage will let you enter your comments, but when you click the "submit" button, the webpage shows a message "Error: Your page seems to have jammed. We've alerted support ... " Whatever information you entered is lost, so if you actually spent a few minutes collecting data such as order numbers, or webpage URLs, kiss your info and time goodbye.I would not be deterred, though, and I went to the extra effort and found an email to which I could write (careers[at]mailaletter[dot]com) When I sent an email to it, their computer system rejected it and sent me a message that my email was blocked. Clearly these people do NOT want to communicate.A couple of websites on the internet (such as zoominfo.com and opencorporates.com suggest that the parent company NeroPost hasn't even had an active business license for more than 10 years!

Paid for a letter to get sent out. Almost a week later and nothing. I would know if the letter was delivered since the recipient would email me once they got it. Have got nothing yet. Any attempt to contact support is like talking to a wall. You're better off sending your mail with an owl than relying on this joke of a company that can't even respond to their emails.

This guy Rogers has a mood disorder. Because my husband died and the printer was at his office, I started using mailaletter.com to print my shipping labels and occasional letters. Sometimes they arrive, sometimes they don't, more than thirty percent of the time you are ripped off and then this ahole has the nerve to get an attitude with you. Karma will get this creep. Rips off people constantly. raises prices, takes your money, doesn't mail a thing.. And then throws a hissie fit and tells you to take your business elsewhere. special place in hell for this loser. needs anger management.

I am the secretary/treasurer for a small lake community. We used Mail A Letter for several years with no complaints. I did notice lately that the mailings being sent to our 80+ members were taking longer and longer to be delivered. After our yearly meeting this year, I prepared the 5 page mailing to our lake members, notifying them of our upcoming board meetings, work sessions, and 4th of July activities. I received the email from Mail A Letter on 6/3/2021 that the mailing was on the way, at a cost of $273. A week later, no mailing yet. I contacted Mail A Letter, and they asked if I wanted them to resend it for free. I said yes. That was the last contact I had with them. They no longer respond to emails, or contact thru their "Contact Us" page. When you stop responding to a customer, that tells me you don't care whether or not you lose that customer. We've spent thousands of dollars using Mail A Letter, but no more. I replied back to them and told them they've lost us as a customer. I've deleted our mailing lists and address books, but looks like there's no way to remove the account. If you use them, good luck. They seem to work at first, but you will eventually have problems.
