Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Able Locksmith responded to repair a deadbolt on backdoor of residence. Appeared to work satisfactorily. A few days ago, deadbolt did not lock. When I examined the deadbolt, it appeared to be loose and not seated properly. I called company. Representative told me if it was more than 30 days, product, labor, etc. was no longer guaranteed. I do not feel I should have to pay another close to $100 to have an inferior product or installation repaired and installed correctly. He said he would send someone, but was going to charge. I called back and got another representative on the phone and canceled. I will not pay another fee. All we want is to have the product adequately installed or replaced if inferior. I have a terminally ill husband. We live in a bad neighborhood. I am able to close the door now if careful, but this is truly unacceptable. The door, lock have not been abused. The only time the door is used is to let out my husband's 17 year old service dog. I trusted these people. This is truly unsatisfactory.
Desired Settlement: Replace if inferior product - install correctly if that is problem. There should be no additional service, labor charges.
