            We first got an estimate for a bathroom remodel in order to replace a shower and retile the floor in early March for the job. It started without incident, until the tile started to be laid. The subcontractor he hired to do the tile was a complete amateur and had to rip out and try again on multiple items. Once "completed" on May 6th, we almost immediately noticed issues. For one, the grout in the shower pan immediately started peeling away when used and was crumbling and the glue was seeping through the top by May 19th. We paid around $20k in total with labor and material and don't have functioning shower. *** has promised on multiple occasions to "make it right" but has failed to come through. He sent out his fixer who within minutes knew that the shower was not fixable and it would have to be redone. *** has since not answered a single phone call, text message, or email.
