              Zero stars if that was available. Gillis talks a good talk but actually doing what he says he can and will do is not what he does. He delays, continues to say the right things but then becomes a different person when approached about following through months later, an arrogant know it all with no ability to listen or respond with any action. Months later the clock is returned but with significant problems and another promise to do it right, but no follow through. He took the money and made a guarantee but didn't follow through and was a jerk about it.
