Complaint: IE Plexus hounded me in March 2016 with phone calls to buy their marketing product stating I needed another blog to promote my business even though I already had one on my website. I paid them some money for their services based on the number of payments I made (1200.00). They said their marketing would get my name out their in the search engines and more people to my website, which has not happened yet. I am on disability foe medical reasons and my pay has been reduced. I do not have the money to continue these services. I contacted them in good faith and told them my situation and that I couldn't afford it and could they stop doing work on the blog site as well as stop charging me. They responded to my plea with no we can't cancel it, you have to pay. Even though the work has not been done, they won't take my medical situation into account and work with me. Instead they threatened me to send it to collections if I didn't pay. They can cancel the agreement and stop all work if they wanted to help me but all they want is my money. Their services haven't helped my business at all either. I would like the agreement to be cancelled, all work and hosting charges to stop, and I would like my money back at this point for poor customer service, stress and suffering they caused me, and contributing to worsening health due to the stress.

Desired Settlement: I want my money back that I have been charged on my credit card, the agreement to be cancelled, and nothing reported to the credit bureaus. They have not even completed the work. They can do this if they want to.

****** ****** signed up for a 20 month contract, she has completed 4 months.

As stated in the service agreement:

Client hereby agrees and affirms that no other promises were made to induce Client to
enter into this contract other than those expressed in this written agreement.

In summary, we dispute the client’s complaint, and contend that iePlexus made reasonable efforts
to accommodate the client’s needs, and every effort to perform services as agreed.

Consumer Response:
Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I did not authorize this agreement.  The first time I saw this was when I contacted Joanie at IEPlexus to see if there was some kind of agreement.  She sent me this paperwork via email on June 3, 2016.
I have cancelled all remaining services so they will not be performed, therefore I will not pay for anything else.  I tried honestly to work this out with IEPlexus, and they wouldn't take anything into consideration.  I do not have the money to pay this and the agreement is not authorized.  This company is a company that seeks out people who have websites and tells the they need their service, which in fact is not a true statement.  This company is predatory and should be shut down.

Sincerely,

****** ******

Business Response:

The service agreement was financed.

iePlexus provided the services according to the service agreement.

The financed portion of the service agreement was for the initial services. iePlexus agreed to finance the services and ****** agreed to the payment plan. However, payments have stopped. If ****** would like to cancel the service agreement, the pay off balance is $3,200.00.

The services were provided.

There is an outstanding balance due for services rendered.

Consumer Response:
Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  The service agreement lists what is going to be done after the payments were to be made.  I have paid for the amount of work that was already done.  I am no longer using this service so I will not pay for work that has not been done.  Again the work for the remainder of the money has NOT been done and I do NOT have the money to pay for it.  You are not listening to what I am saying.  You can try to get the money but I don't have it.  I am on disability so if you want to go after someone who is on disability due to  medical reasons, well more power to you.  I will be sure to tell everyone everywhere about how you would not even work with me during a hardship.  What kind of business does that?

Sincerely,

****** ******

Complaint: After several very pushy, aggravating phone calls from a salesman by the name of Jacob A****, I was talked into signing a contract for his company, iePlexus, to provide some fantastic internet building service to me. I signed on May 13th. LESS THAN A24 HOURS LATER, I e-mailed the company and said I did not want to do this and I wished to rescind my contract. They are saying that since I was a business, KDM Creative Solutions, I am not entitled to rescind a contract. I have nothing from these people and I don't want anything. All I want them to do is to refund the $2000 I have paid them. PLEASE HELP.

Desired Settlement: Refund of my $2000 and cancellation of the monthly indebtedness of $60 some odd dollars per month that Jacob talked me into signing.

Business Response:

******* ********* signed up for Web 2.1 Finance + Social program with iePlexus on May 12th, 2016. Our salesperson spoke with ******* several times prior to her activating the service agreement. She was very excited about the services. No one forced her to answer her phone, talk to iePlexus, or activate her service agreement. iePlexus has an online activation process, which new clients have to agreed to each and every term before moving forward. The terms of the Service Agreement are thoroughly explained with the client.

Client have to "click" the "I agree that no promises or guarantees were made to me other than those stated within the above agreement", this will activate the service agreement.

The following statement is at the end of the activation process:

In addition, you acknowledge that iePlexus, Inc is in no way affiliated with any third party web site hosting, web site development, or web site marketing company other than those stated within this agreement, and does not represent any third party concern in these interests.

Once the service agreement is activated, the client is taken to the checkout stage where, ******* entered her credit card information for services to begin.

Services began on her account immediately.

On May 13th, 2016, she spoke to her sale representative and agreed to continue her services with iePlexus.

******* signed a Finance agreement. She put an initial payment on the services and  agreed to pay the balance over 15 monthly payment. She has not made the finance payments or complied with her contract. Please see this exert from the service agreement:

4. TERM AND TERMINATION.

4.1 Term. This Agreement will remain in effect for at least 15 months from the Effective Date.

iePlexus provided the services in good faith. The terms of her contract were explained to her and she acknowledged understanding the terms and provided the payment to start her services.

Consumer Response:
Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I was never excited about their services.   They kept calling me after I told them “no”, “no”, “no”

Yes I answered my phone.   Most people do answer their phone.  These people are horrible.

I did sign a contract after receiving about 6 aggravating phone calls.

The terms of the contract were reviewed.

Shortly after signing the contract, I realized what I mistake I had made, and I sent them an e-mail telling them I wanted to rescind the contract.  I believe there is a 3-day right of recession.  I cancelled in less than 24 hours.

Services did not begin immediately.  No services have been done for me to this day, because I cancelled the contract and I will not accept their services.

Sincerely,

******* *********

Business Response:

Ms. ********* knowingly and willing entered into the service agreement with iePlexus. The terms were thoroughly explained. Ms. ********* was contacted by another company and they convinced her to cancel with iePlexus. Her account has been canceled. iePlexus offered to write off the balance on her contract but she refused. These calls are recorded and she was notified.

Consumer Response:
Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  These are dishonest people.   I have consulted with my minister and because of my health and the stress they have caused, I have had my website removed.  I will cancel my credit card so iePlexus gets no more money from me.  I will not attemt to collect the money they owe me.  It has been too stressful.   They are very dishonest people and deserve an "F" ranking on BBB.  BBB is hurting their reputation by allowing someone like this to have an A+.  I known of at least one other customer who is also very displeased with them.

Sincerely,

Additional Notes

Complaint: I started a web site in early Sept 2014. iePlexus called me and used deception to sell me marketing for the web site telling me they could get me 2014 Christmas sales. Then they again deceived me when they said a second complimentary web site would add to my sales. I could not afford it but they convinced me to sign 2 more contracts for the second site by saying I could afford to pay for it using sales from my first site. I found out from their own people that Christmas sales were not possible because it takes a year for these sites to start to get sales. Their marketing methods were also not functional because for the whole month of Jan 2015 Google Analytics showed my site was not getting any hits except for fractions of a minute (accidental). That was after 5 months of using their marketing to get sales. I also found that out of 27 keywords on my first web site only 3 out of the 27 would have been any use to attract customers. In fact in a month a company called Wordtracker that monitors keyword data bases in the United States showed that only 3 of the keywords got over 500 hits each across the whole United States. About one third of the 27 keywords were not even listed. So by using the deception to get me to purchase 3 contracts I would have ended with no sales based on their ineffective marketing. They also charged me $600/mo additional to the contract cost to do six short blogs on one day a month on each of the two marketing blogs. This extra cost without sales bled me out of money so I was forced to shut the site down. They had me do marketing blogs for both web sites. They wanted me to do 3/wk but I did 7/wk so it was not my lack of effort that caused their marketing to fail. I did get a couple of the keywords ranked , one even ranked #1, but I found out that these were keywords that nobody used based on Wordtraker. So anything positive I did see was an illusion.

Desired Settlement: The Contract iePlexus sold me for my first web site that was supposed to get sales for Christmas 2014 was signed Sept 19,2014 for $4250. Then when they convinced me to start the second web site that would help to be paid for from sales from the first site I signed two more contracts on Oct 24,2014. One was for the web site for $4000 and the other one was for the marketing blog for $3900. With the monthly costs added in these last two contracts they cost me $2933 (I still had some to pay off) and $4699. Since I would never had started a second site without sales from the first and I believe neither of these sites would have been successful, I believe iePlexus should refund the amount I spent for the second site. I know sales cannot be guaranteed but they should not have used the Christmas sales hook that eventually resulted in me using Christmas sales as the financial crutch to start a second site that I would have never considered starting at that time.

Hi ******,

As we discussed on Thursday, what I propose is we reinstate your marketing services for
your Ignite website and continue to focus on increasing the exposure of that site. I
understand you are fighting with Ignite, etc., so if needed, we can rebuild the website on
BigCommerce for you at no additional charge. You will just have to pay them their
hosting fee.

The fact is, this website was showing tremendous progress. I know that you had not yet
generated sales, but that in no way means it will not be successful in the future. I cannot
make any promises or guarantees of course, but I can assure you that we will continue to
work hard to give you the best chance.

Let me know your thoughts and if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Consumer Response:
Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response letter from Mr. ******** because he does not even mention the complaints I had in my letter to the BBB
He states: "Mr. ****** was contacted by several companies and trying to get him to cancel with iePlexus and join their company, some of
the companies he told us he was contacted by was Network Team, IBRD and Business Network". I don't know where this information came
from but I have never heard of these companies. The reality is that when Mr. ******** contacted me in Sept. 2014 I already had two
marketing companies working for me. These two companies were not accomplishing much using their type of marketing so Mr. ********
said if I signed a marketing contract right now there would be time to get enough marketing done to start to get Christmas sales.
Then a few weeks later Mr. ******** said I had a good line of Tiffany products and could increase sales dramatically if I started a second
web site. I told him I had no money to pay for two more contracts. (Build a web site & marketing). He said that if I only started getting
minimal sales from my first site around Christmas I could use the sales money to pay off the second two new sites. He told me I had to
start the two new contracts now so most of the work would be done for Christmas. Based on his BBB, A+ rating and what he told me
of all his success stories using his type of marketing, against my better judgement, I signed an additional two contracts.
I realize sales cannot be guaranteed but I found out in Jan 2015 that Mr. ********** statements of their company being able to
get me sales for Christmas were intentionally deceiving/fraudulent. I can say that with 100 % confidence because: 1) After I started
working with his people on the marketing I mentioned that it sure didn't look like we would get sales by Christmas. His employee
was shocked. She said who in the world told you that you could get sales by Christmas. She said it will take 8 to 10 months more
than that. If the employees knows that, then Mr. ******** knows that and he knowingly made a deceptive claim to get all my three
contracts; 2) Their marketing is apparently not getting me ANY shoppers after 5 months. I have an attachment to this letter. The first
part I used Goggle Analytics to monitor the traffic on my web site for Jan 2015. Goggle monitors every web site. I was shocked to see
that I essentially got zero shopping traffic for the complete month. Look at the time of any traffic hits. They were accidental. None of
them were enough time for someone to spend looking at the site. Without traffic there will never be sales. After five months of
their marketing and after the promised Christmas sales my site was getting NO traffic; 3) The second part of the attachment I used
Wodtracker. It monitors massive amounts of data files around the country to determine on how many times each keyword is searched
for around the country in a selected month. From the list of the 29 keywords that iePlexus was using on my web site to search for
my products, 16 out of the 29 keywords had zero volume for the month of May that I chose to monitor. The listing shows that
only 4 of the keywords shows enough volume, although it is not that high for a month, to be usable as a keyword that would
result in any reasonable chance of site sales. I see Mr. ******** put up a chart of where my keywords were ranked. I agree
some of my words got ranked very high by Goggle. We were hitting each of these a few times a month by my marketing
blogs and the marketing companies. So if you hit one of the keywords Wordtracker shows zero or minimal volume
our marketing volume would rate it high because we are generating most of the volume. What good is it  to get a low or
no volume keyword ranked high if it doesn't result in site traffic.

These were my complaints about my contracts with iePlexus. Mr. ******** did not address them on his BBB response
letter and when I tried to send him a refund demand letter or tried to talk to him he maintains the my site was progressing
great. He ignores the fact that it is obvious he used deception in selling his marketing.  No Christmas sales, no site volume, essentially
bad keywords. Because this deception was used based on Christmas sales helping me pay for my second web site and based on the
fact it is questionable if there would be any sales and if so when. iePlexus should pay me $6000 back just to compensate
me for the second two contracts because his non existent sales are not helping me pay off the credit card as he said they would.
In fact based on the total deception and the apparent marketing failure I should really get all the contracted money back

Please look at the attachment that will show you the lack of site traffic based on Jan 2015 Goggle Analytics and how bad
the volume of using the keywords for my site products for the month of May 2015 from Wordtracker information

By the way, The bad copies of forms at the end of Mr ********** reply letter I have never seen before. I don't know what they are for

Sincerely,

****** ******

Business Response: ****** ****** signed up for three service contracts with iePlexus. This service agreement was financed at no interest to Mr. ******. He did not pay off the balance on his contract but iePlexus wrote off the balance he owed.

iePlexus's motto is to "Under Promise and Over Deliver". Everyone's goal in business is to make money; and we understand that. However, to maintain the level of satisfaction we strive for, we consistently offer our current and potential clients realistic expectations. We do not make promises, guarantees, or anything of the sort. In fact, we separate ourselves from the rest of the industry by making it as clear as possible to our current/potential clients that marketing your online business takes time and dedication, and even then there is no guarantee of success.

The services were provided as agreed and no promises were made outside of the service agreement.

It went live on the web Sept 12.2014. I had two contractors already working to do marketing on the web site at that time. Mr. ******** called me a few days after startup and told me the marketing companies I was using were no good and they were just taking my money. He told me his company had a great marketing record, were rated A+ on the BBB and he DID sell me on buying a marketing contract from them by telling me if I would buy a contract right then, Sept 19, they would have enough time to get sales going for my web site for the Christmas season but I would have to start right then to have enough time to make it. Of course at that time I thought he was an honest person with integrity so I signed up for a contract of $4250 from my business credit card which essentially maxed that out.

On Oct 24,2014 Mr. ******** again called me and told me that he thought I had great Tiffany products on my site. He told me he was confident if I started a second web site with additional Tiffany products I could increase my eventual sales greatly. He again said I would need to do it right then even though there was no way the second site would be even started before Christmas. I told him I did not have any money left to start a second site. We could start it when I started getting sales from the first site. He still maintained we would start getting Christmas sales from their marketing of the first site and I could use those sales to help support the second site. At that time I still wrongly trusted him and I had to do the following to get the money for: two new contracts for a new web site *************************** . I would have never considered starting a second site on my own without his pressure because the bad money situation it got me into . Two Contracts were signed for the new site on Oct 24,2014 1) Build Web Site Contract $4000, Marketing $ 3900. Unlike he implies that he lent me all the $'s for these sites to pay on time, I got $2000 from PayPal Credit, $3900 from my personal Credit Card and he lent me only $2000 to repay $166.66/mo.

He does not tell that they also charged me $200/mo for each of two marketing sites for support and $40/mo for the web site support. So with my $166.66 payment, I had to pay essentially $600/mo to iePlexus. This essentially put me out off business because his Christmas sales or sales for Jan or Fed 2015 never appeared.

On my previous complaint letter I had proof from two parties that after five months of marketing I was getting NO traffic to my first web site. This is shown by a month of Jan  2015 printout from Google Analytics that monitors all web sites. It shows no shopping traffic. I also showed a third party site of Wordtracker that monitors huge data bases for searches on keywords. It showed that of the 29 keywords they were using only 3 would maybe eventually would result in minor amount of search volume to my web site but a questionable amount that would be able to support the site .

So from the above it can be clearly seen that no traffic was going to my web site because of iePlexus marketing be it based on their selling point of Christmas marketing or into the 6 th month of their marketing. Based on the No traffic to most of the  keywords it is questionable if I would EVER get sales.

Their own people told me it would take 8-12 more months before I got sales. Because he said sales from my first web site would support the purchase of the second web site, and being based on the fact that sales did not exist and the fact that I was paying them $600/mo I could not afford to keep going. I had to shut both sites down.

Even though he did use total deception of Christmas sales for the first site, though he has not enough integrity to admit it, I was willing to swallow the cost of that site. I think I was quite fair in asking for the money returned for the second two sites because he knew I did not want to start them up then because I was not in the financial position. In fact starting that second site put me out of business because THEIR MARKETING IS NOT EFFECTIVE. It is quite fair for me to get the second site money back. Let him steal what I paid for the first contract.

MR. ******** show some honesty and integrity and give me the $6000 back.

Buy the way, the Attorney General sent two reply requests to iePlexus about my complaint and they never answered either one.

Sincerely,

****** ******

Additional Notes

Complaint: I have been coerced into a contract that I did not agree to. I am 66 1/2 years old and have been taken advantage of. I approved of an agreement for $2600 and $99 per month on December 10, 2014. I was charged that amount on my credit card that day. Later I called to have them charge my card for the additional $99.00 for January and February so I could just worry about the charges once every 3 months. I was charged $283.99 and $299.98 which I did not authorize. When I called them about the unauthorized charges they said I was lying and confused. ***** tried to say things to upset me so that I would have a reaction. He said he would work with me on it, but in so many words told me I was lying and confused. I don't like the mistake they have made and then try to cover it up with telling me I signed up for $2600 down and $199 per month plus financing of an additional $3400 over the next year. I know I did not authorize or discuss such a proposition because when I spoke to the salesman, we discussed that the amount in entirety was more than I could pay. ****, the salesman, said I was going to pay only $2600 and $99 per month. I could live with that, but not $6000 and $299 per month. They changed the contract which I read twice before accepting. I know it was for $2600 not $6000. I know it did not contain charges for financing the difference between $2600 and $6000. I know it did say $99. I read it twice. The fraudulent contract is not what I accepted on line and then giving them my credit card number over the phone. I can't believe such nice sounding people would treat me this way, like I am crazy, and stupid, and that I am not smart enough to understand what they were telling me and then what I read. And then to top it all, after making me into a stupid jerk with their words, they insinuated that I was lying and stupid. I don't want to pay these people one penny. I wish I had never been called on the phone by these people. I am sorry that I even thought they were a decent company. This company is horrible. They are scheming and diabolical and they know it and I think they are proud of the fact they are so unethical they can actually pull it off to take from people so fraudulently.

Desired Settlement: Complete refund of $2600.00 plus $99.00 plus the $283 and $299. And I hope I never hear of these people again.

****, the salesman, told me I was buying a service for 1/2 price. **** said it was not going to cost me $6000 as it stated on the agreement link. He directed me to click on the link and there would be the amounts I would pay for blogging setup. $2600 for the setup, and 1/2 price of the regular maintenance fee of $198 which would mean I would only pay $99 for maintaining my blog site. This service was sold to me as a special because I explained when the salesman called that I did not have $6000 spend for promoting my business through a blog site. They proceeded to charge my account for the finance charges which I knew nothing about. I was really shocked and surprised.

Additional Notes

Complaint: On May 21, 2012 I was charged $6,000 by iePlexus Inc. to receive a blog hosting site, an Intelligent Press Release, and monthly bookmark submissions. I was told by ****, that this is what I needed to get my site noticed and therefore generate a profit from my site. My financial goal was to make $35,000 a year to eliminate my office job and use this as my source of income. iePlexus mentioned that other people were very successful in this business, but did not provide me with any proof of their success. They spent time telling me how important it is to get on the first page of google and other search engines and this is exactly what my website would achieve. I remember being very hesitant to spend all this money on something I could not see, but iePlexus assured me it was a good investment and provided me with no cancellation rights and insisted I make the investment at that very moment. I was even giving iePlexus my credit card number before I was ever given a contract. When iePlexus was "selling" me their service, never once was I told that I was expected to have to do most of the work myself. I am not a writer and the keywords given to write about, were very difficult to stick with. I was not aware that I was paying thousands of dollars to do something I could have told them upfront was not possible for me. My assumption was that I was paying them to market my site. iePlexus sold me guarantees over the phone that never happened. My website has been up and running since Spring 2012 and I sold one item total from it in almost 2 years. The services they promised did not meet my expectations at all. I have not made it to the first page of any search engine. I am extremely disappointment with my investment and the services I received for my investment. For all these reasons iePlexus owes me a full refund.

Desired Settlement: I am seeking reimbursement for my time and money wasted with this company.

Case #XXXXXXXX This letter is in response to iePlexus response on July 8, 2014. iePlexus states that they pride themselves in maintaining the highest level of service and customer satisfaction which I disagree with. I sold only 1 product from my site the whole time I was dumping money into their company. When I entered into the agreement with iePlexus, the understanding was to get me exposure and ultimately sales. I cannot justify spending over $6,000 to sell one $40 item. When I signed onto iePlexus, I had no idea that I was expected to personally write something several times a week about Himalayan Salt Lamps. I would have told **** during our May 21, 2012 conversation that I would not be able to do that. I was honestly shocked when I spoke with *** from iePlexus on June 6, 2012 and he told me about writing a blog daily about Himalayan Salt Lamps. What can you possibly find to write about 365 days a year with the keywords Himalayan, salt, lamps, ionic (see attached Keywords)? I remember *** initially saying in our conversation that day that I could write about anything and I thought, "I can do this." Later in the conversation is when he told me that it had to include one of the keywords. I knew right away this was not going to work, but I thought I would give it a try. iePlexus stated in their letter that their motto is to "Under Promise and Over Deliver" and that they offer realistic expectations. They did not deliver anything tangible to me and writing a blog more than 365 days a year on the keywords they gave me is not realistic. Hence the reason I asked them on April 22, 2014 to have my site decreased from $189.99 monthly to $25.99 monthly for a hosting only service. I think that iePlexus would have realized at that time that I was unhappy with their services, but never called me to ask how I was feeling about their services. Complaint: On 10/29/12, a telemarketer from IEplexus called and sold me services over the phone. The cost of the services was $6,000.00. I could not pay the entire charge for the service at one time. So I put $2500.00 on my credit card with the remainder to be paid in monthly installments. According to the contract, I was supposed to receive: A)Installation, setup and customizing of a web blog for my web site B)Integration of social bookmarks buttons into the blog C)On-on-one blog training and ongoing support D)Free website analysis of my website E)Keyword research for my blog F)Tracking reports where my website is listed within the top 50 results of 6 of the top major search engines G)Directory submissions of my website to 25 of top web directories and internet portals with 2 different titles and descriptions used during process H)350 word press releases with up to 3 drafts distributed to multiple online and offline newswires I)The write or rewrite of 2 pages of my website content and hyperlink up to 5 relevant key terms and products to relevant pages on my site J)The creation of Facebook and Twitter pages K)Professionally written company bio for social network profiles L)Auto-feeds of all blog post from my blog to Facebook and Twitter profiles During the sales call the telemarketer guaranteed me that I would make money from their services. He showed me a web site that was #1 on ****** and stated that the reason that this site was #1 and had been #1 for a long time was that the owner of the site had been trained by IePlexus and they had set up his blog/Twitter/Facebook accounts. The telemarketer further stated that all the owner of this site/blog had done was post 4-6 blogs a week, used his Twitter/Facebook accounts daily and this had secured his standing on ****** and other search engines, therefore driving more traffic to his website thus increasing sales/profits/income. This to me translated to an income for my business. It was strongly inferred that I would be able to pay back my credit card charges with IePlexus' services. The telemarketer said if I followed all of their instructions my website would soon rank high on ******. I was rushed through the process of signing a contract and they asked for my credit card number before I saw the contract. IePlexus did provide training/coaching over the phone, however I did not receive any website analysis of my website. I did exactly as I was trained and instructed to do on the blog that IePlexus set up but the blog was linked externally to my website which I have since learned is not productive. I wrote 4-6 blogs a week exactly as IePlexus had instructed me - using the key words IePlexus gave me to use. I did this for an entire year. I have tracking on my site and there was very little increase in the amount of traffic to my site as a result of my continuous, dedicated blogging. I also kept up daily with my Twitter and Facebook accounts. My site never advanced in standing in the search engines that I could tell. I was not provided with a tracking report where my website is listed within the top 50 results of 6 of the top major search engines. I only saw 4 or 5 press releases not 350. Also I was not provided professionally written company bios for my social network profiles. There was lots of spam every day on my blog which I had to daily delete and there was very little positive feedback to my blog posts. What IePlexus sold me did not do what they said it would and I held up my end of the contract.

In the service agreement, it states "Client hereby agrees and affirms that no other promises were made to induce Client to enter into this contract other than those expressed in this written agreement." It also states "By activating this agreement you are authorizing iePlexus, Inc to start work on your account." And the cancellation policy states "By law this agreement may be cancelled within 3 days. After the initial 3 days this agreement will become final and accepted by all parties." Additional Notes

Complaint: I paid over $2000 to sign up with iePlexus for their promised assistance in making my website, ********************, a success and a money maker. I felt uneasy at first and even got a partial refund then somehow they talked me into signing up again (big mistake, should have gone with first instinct). **** ******** assigned me to ****** to assist me. I told **** from the beginning I had trouble understanding ****** (did phone assisting) and he seemed kinda rude. **** assured me he was good (I felt like he was the only one there). ****** did show me how to enter Posts (links to your website) and I entered 160 Posts, ****** did not do any, that were to suppose to improve traffic and orders on my website. This was in October that I started. My website never improved with orders. For a brief time it said I had six orders and made 36 cents then that disappeared. ****** became more rude and insulted me many times. When I signed back on in October I was to get the first 60 days free and by then I should be making money. In December I told another man there, ****** (who came on because ****** said he wanted nothing to do with me when I complained about no orders and complained about ****** being rude and insulting) that I could not afford to pay them $199.99 a month when I was making 0 money. I was losing money too in a business checking account which I was told to open, paid ***** ***** $150 to open, that was where they were to directly deposit all this money I'd be making. ***** ***** started charging me for zero activity and that is fixing to be zero also. I wanted to end everything and get my $2300 back! Now they are saying I owe: Delinquent assessed fee $25.00 Total before January 15th, 2014 due $324.98 Total after January 15th, 2014 $524.97 I feel that I do not owe them anything else and that they owe ME a reimbursement of the money I've paid for NO service. I have gone back with the service I was on before, *******, which I should have done before but things seemed to be going so slow and iePlexus assured me that they could get me going and making money within 60 days. If you view my account as of today, 01/09/14, I have made zero money on ********************. I personally entered all the descriptions and wrote all the headers on each category.

Desired Settlement: First - stop billing me and do not expect any payment for their poor, if any, service in December. Second - I guess they did show me how to Post (took maybe ten minutes), but that is all and there was no action from this service which they promised. I deserve a refund of at least half, if not all, of the $2300.00.

I understand your fustrations, I also understand you are having issues with communications with other companies, however I will not tolerate rude or inappropraite behavior of which you must consider the tone of your emails especially this current email was completely inappropraite from one business to another. The Healthy Snacks category still has the "404 Page Not Found" It has been over 24 hours since this problem began. Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2014/02/04) */ This company, iePlexus, has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety since last fall when I signed up with them and paid $2300.00 for them to "help" me. Now they are charging every month for NO service. I would expect a refund of the $2300.00 and for them to STOP charging me. This is hurting my credit rating, which use to be "excellent" and causing me a tremendous amount of anxiety. ******* ***

Additional Notes

Complaint: iePlexus has promised me that they could set up a website and get traffic to it and help me get on top of the list of search engines. They shut down my website and will not answer my emails or calls regarding getting my money back. At first they were supposed to build a website for 7500.00. Later I found out I could have done that myself for the investment of my time. Now I have no site and no services and no contact. They continually called me and had different people talking to me and wanted more money for different services that all of a sudden I needed to succeed. I just want my money back from this scamming company. They owe me alot and I wasted over a year trying to make a business that never would be anything but a hope and a big loss. They also set me up the the Tax club which owes me money for doing nothing. How do we stop these scammers? Who can we trust?

Desired Settlement: I want all the money back I paid for the website and the services they kept telling me I needed to pay them more for. They owe me over $8000.00 and alot of lost time and stress trying to do something that never was anything to start with. I know now not to ever trust anyone again. Please give me advice to stop these people. Thanks

The monthly service fee according to the service agreement was $89.99. She received two months of free services. She cancelled her services with iePlexus on 3/27/13 citing medical and financial personal issues. iePlexus did not make any promises to her other than those expressed in the written agreement. iePlexus has provided all services as agreed according the service agreement. Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2014/01/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) because I did not receive any help from them and they took my money and I have nothing to show for their services at all . They say I had free services because my card was jeopardized and I did not know it was not charged for a month then I cancelled the services because I could not get any help and my business was not showing any improvement at all. I did not think the 89.99 per month was worth paying for since I saw nothing in services that they said I would see improvement in traffic etc. They are a company taking money and doing nothing in return. I want all my money back!
