The night of 9/10/2022 my soon-to-be wife stayed at the hotel and found sheets with blood stains urine stains all over fitted sheet she dealt with it overnight and told employee and manager the next day and they offered her a free night with commendations of size room now my wife as of today said let's give them a second chance it's our hometown let's support them we booked the room for our free night and this is what we found on 9/20/2022 she instantly checked the bed and had found massive amounts of hair like someone had shaved their private parts in the bed she again called front desk who brought clean linens up and stated I'm sorry this is not okay to my wife going to bathroom to finding it was not sanitary there neither all I would like is the refund and someone to check how safe and sanitarium it is to stay there I would like to report to be fully investigated. I called and spoke with manager who was not on board with any of this got really nasty after I tried to explain to her this was not okay and not safe and her statement is my word "my word is and should be good enough for you to stay here." I am not happy that my wife could not sleep in the bed the night before our wedding and I will not be staying here at this place I had family that was wanting to come visit and asked how it was there and I will be letting them know it was not a good fit please help me get my refund back from these this company.
