    On September 3 at 10:30 at night, I booked a room online for Quality Inn & Suites in **********, ** through booking.com for the night of 09-03-2022. I got the confirmation on my phone and it had the wrong date for the reservation. I immediately called the Quality Inn to cancel and spoke to a representative saying the reservation was canceled. I also sent an email to booking.com to cancel. Both calls were made just a few minutes after I saw the error in the confirmation email. The next morning I received an email from booking.com saying I had been charged the full amount of the bill. When I returned home I disputed the charge with my credit card company, CapitalOne. They spoke to a representative at the Quality Inn several times trying to resolve the issue. I have followed up with CapitalOne, Booking.com, and Quality Inn 10 to 15 times in the past 3 months and none of them will issue a refund, all basically saying that it is the other company's problem. Quality Inn, however, was paid, and has the money that I am owed, but they told me today that they will not return my money.

    Scam! Booked 3 nights paid in full $597.87/39,858 points thru Chase Credit Card Travel. I checked the box PET FRIENDLY HOTELS. I thought it was odd that they were the only hotel that stated “NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON” on the web page but thought I would not cancel so went forth and booked a three night stay. I called the hotel and asked for a bottom floor so my two pets could easily get outside. She quickly asked me how much my pets weigh and I told her 40lbs. She rudely said you cannot stay here as we have a 25 pound limit on dogs. States no where on the booking site. I asked where it stated this, she said you are supposed to call. I asked where does it state I need to call first, she said well you cannot stay here. Asked for refund as they were cancelling my reservations not me. She refused, said there is “NO REFUND POLICY FOR ANY REASON”. Chase Credit Card Travel called the Hotel and was also refused. They want me to cancel so they can rebook the room to get paid again. SCAM!
