Horrible Stay at This Best Western, horrible management. I booked through Booking.com as the rates were much cheaper. I was looking for a hotel close to my friends house with a pool. I was in the area for a celebration of ************ for a dear friend. I was informed when I checked in that if I wanted service for my room I had to let the front desk know, I did that and still did not get service. The hotel had major trouble with getting clean towels. I was woke up at midnight to pounding on the door by management asking if my bathroom ceiling was leaking, it was not. I talked with management later that afternoon and she offered to move for the fact that they were doing construction on the room next to mine for the leak and didn't want to disturb me. I said I don't think so, I will be out all day and there is no need to move since my room was not leaking water. That night my ceiling was leaking water late at night, I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. I had to come downstairs and deal with the clerk with attitude, reminding me the manager offered to move rooms earlier and you declined. Now she had to call the manager to see if it was OK to move me. They moved me to the loudest room ever. It had all kinds of equipment on the roof which made it impossible to sleep. I was leaving in the morning with a 10 1/2 hour drive ahead of me. I ended up leaving at 4 AM because I could not sleep. I asked the clerk to have the manager call me. No call back from the manger. I called back again and still did not get a return phone call from the manager. The manger contacted me after I submitted a review from Best Western. After going back and forth with several e-mails, the manger would not refund any of my money for the stay, only offering me Best Western points for a free stay and any Best Western in the world. She offered something that only cost her paper work, and hoped I would accept it. No, Best Western needed to make this right with me, they need to refund 2 nights. I supplied the manger with other issues with my stay. The only thing I can say that is positive, is the room was nice and clean.
