Complaint: The product I ordered is not compatible with the cpap machine I am using. I requested a full refund or exchange for the correct product and i was told that they do not issue refunds or exchanges.I have returned the unused product to the company and the company refuses to issue me full or even partial refund.I emailed the president of the company and I feel I am getting the run around and he has made no effort to solve the problem. I think this is a one man company run out of a basement or garage, very unprofessional. I am seeking a full refund.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/01/15) */ We sell cpap machines as well as accessories. The customer sent us a photo telling us the mask will not work with his cpap tube. The reason why the mask will not work is because he needs to remove a plastic insert in the end of the tube which was from his previous mask and his new mask will fit fine. All cpap masks are compatible with all cpap tubes. They are universal and the customer will not accept this and is not willing to take my advice and simply remove the plastic insert. The mask is a medical device and once the package is opened it is considered used and not returnable. The customer ordered a Philips Respironics Golife nasal pillow and insists there is another model of Golife that will work with his cpap machine, but there is only one model of Golife. He says he used a Flexifit 407 previously with the same cpap tube; the Flexifit 407 fits the same tube as the Golife. As explained to the customer and as in our return policy once the package is opened it cannot be returned. It is a medical device worn on the nose for breathing at night so it is not returnable or resalable if opened. I offered the customer a discount on a different mask, but he said he wants the Golife which he already has. Furthermore the mask has not been returned as stated in the complaint, but it was clearly explained tot the customer the mask is non-returnable. Thank you ****** for providing the proper customer service even though it is obvious you really did not want to. For the record I did not receive a free mask, the mask has been returned to you and I tracked it, so I know for a fact you did receive it. Have a great day and good luck growing your small business.
