Complaint: In March of 2014 I found this company online and ordered two decals. I understood they needed to be custom made and was willing to wait awhile. I paid with ******. After about 5 weeks I started contacting the person. And I have continued to contact via e-mail and phone. There have been so many deaths in her family (multiple times for the same person) and more tragedies than any one family could have. At first, I believed her. Then her responses became: I will send it out this week. She stopped answering my phone calls. ****** will not refund since it has been so long. I should have reported her to ****** after the first excuse but I wanted to give her a chance. It isn't a large amount but I hate to see dishonest people taking advantage of others.
Desired Settlement: Refund, please. I really wanted the window clings but I don't trust her word anymore.

Complaint: I placed an order with Colorful Impressions on 7/5/14 under confirmation # ********** (invoice ******* I inquired via e-mail about my order status 7/11/14 and recieved a response from '****' saying that my order should be shipped out on that following Monday, 7/14/14. After not receiving anything in over a week from that date, I inquired about a tracking # via e-mail on 7/23/14 but didn't receive a response. On 7/30/14, I inquired again via my work e-mail and received a response from '****' saying that they were moving website platforms and that my order was still in-house and would be shipped 'tomorrow' meaning 7/31/14. Having not received anything my 8/12/14, I sent an e-mail expressing my dissatisfaction and asked for a full refund if my order could not be fulfilled. my card was charged in the amount of $63.65 within a week and 1/2 or my order even though the item never shipped. I tried calling during their normal business hours but never got a response. Thank you for your assistance with my request.
Desired Settlement: The settlement I am seeking is a full refund of my order ($63.65) if my items cannot be shipped. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to this product. Thank you, ****** *****

A full refund has been issued and they have been sent confirmation of that. If we are serving customer in our shop at the time a customer calls we cannot always answer the phone.
