This company is terrible in every way. My house was built in 2020. Nothing but problems. Squeaky floors all over the house, The plumber piped the upstairs bathroom drain improperly , so it made a hole in the dining room ceiling downstairs. I showed a picture of the pipe that I took before the drywall was put up to "the builder". He said that it was just an optical illusion. They eventually had to cut a hole in the ceiling and fix it. Then, found that there was a gas leak behind the oven because they did not use tape at the connections between the wall and the oven. So, the gas company came out and "red tagged" my stove. The drain pipes from the gutters on the exterior of the house were only buried under 2 inches of gravel, and they cemented a fence post directly on top of the drain pipe. The large mirror in the master bathroom was coming away from the wall recently. I had to expedite a glass company to come out before it fell and killed someone. The Electrical outlet that was attached to the mirror was the only thing that was supporting the mirror to the wall. The furnace quit working within the first year. When fall came around and time to use the furnace, it wouldn't start, "the builder" refused to pay for the repairs. Ive sent emails to the builder regarding most of these issues. Nothing but crickets in return.
