Can't believe these guys are still in business. I ordered some business cards, and after settling on a design with the staff I ordered 100 cards. When I arrived to pick them up a week later there were a number of issues with the cards. There were items not centered, and the edges were not cut to the dimensions I requested. When I informed the employee that the card was not what I had agreed on they replied, "So, like, you want it to be perfect?" Eventually they agreed to make the corrections.Last month I run out of cards and call back for a quote on a reorder. Getting the quote in the first place took 2 phone calls and multiple emails. The quote was too high, and asked for 50% or 100% up front. I received another email immediately after the quote asking for an additional $20 that wasn't reflected on the first quote. Based on the shoddy customer service I had received up to this point, and the fact that I have a business to run and lack the time for such disorganization, I chose to ignore the quote and go with another shop.A week later I received an email telling me that my order was ready for pickup. I ignored it, assuming they had made yet another mistake. They then called me and informed me that my business cards were ready. Again, I never placed an order for replacement cards, or paid any deposit. When I calmly explained to *** that she had mad a mistake, she had the audacity to try and gaslight me into thinking I had made some sort of agreement to pay. She even went as far as to question my mental health. Disgusting. If it wasn't so frustrating I would say this was an episode of Punk'd.These people are not professional, nor are they competent. Avoid.
