              On 9/7/2021 I entered the ********* at ************************************** at about 10:15pm. I was wearing a mask but pulled it down several times to itch my nose. I only touched the items I was going to purchase, but before I could an employee at the counter told me in a very berating and condescending way "hey bro you need to go, you were touching your nose and all my stuff (implying he owned the items in the store)". He wouldn't let me pay for what I was buying and threatened to call the local police several times, even after I left the store and was sitting in my car in front of it. I have had nothing but great experiences with all the ********* employees every time I've been in until now. I understand concern for Covid safety but how I was treated was so hurtful and insulting that I won't return to that ********* location. Also, every other employee at that location was very friendly and helpful on previous visits.

              The store i went to was the *******************************************************************************. I was in to get me and my children drinks and all you hear is vulgar language and screaming coming from the employee area I'm assume is the back storage area it was a woman's voice you could hear it from the other side of this store I can't belive that a family friendly establishment allows such vulgarity and disregard for the place they work at who ever this is deserves to be fired I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau because honestly how can you say your employees are friendly when all they do is scream at the top of their lungs I think who ever is in charge should go somewhere else honestly I've seen the reviews on this store it crazy to think you just let this stuff happen if I was the employee that was getting screamed at I would *** the ever *********** out of this place for emotional damages this store needs a investigation
