Complaint: Ordered bread machine parts on June 24, 2014. Received email confirming receipt of order and credit card was charged. Emailed twice, once July 1, again on July 9 asking as to order status. Business has not contacted me, refunded my money, nor shipped any product to me. Credit card dispute filed on July 25.

Desired Settlement: At this point, I just want my money back.

Complaint: place my order on 1/31. confirmation #XXXXXXXXXXX payment was taken from my account on 2/1 for $36.50. As of 2/28 I have not received my order. I have call the company and phone is no longer in service. I have email 3 times asking for a response on when i will receive my order.

Desired Settlement: if they are unable or unwilling to ship me my item i would like my money back.

Complaint: I ordered a product from them on 2/16 confirmation# XXXXXXXXXXX. I sent them a email on 2/24 asking when we would get our product no response. I have tried calling several times and the phone number doesnt work. Getting very frustrated and that no one can help me
