Business tried to get me to leave when arrive 5 mins late, had me stand for additional 5 minutes, told me to leave because I was too late and I told them no Im not 10 mins late, you ignored me for 5 mins, then finally go back after they agree to see my daughter (6) and put my daughter on gas who has never been on before, this is her 5th dentist visit in last year,( previous dentist loved how amazing she was) she has headphones, glasses on, gas mask on nose, dentist come in doesnt check if her laughing gas has even taken effect he stick a q tip and puts gel on her gums seconds later stabs her in the gums without warning, my daughter screams in pain and at this point is scared of the dentist wont let him touch her, he then gets mad and say we have to leave because he cant have patiences act like that, Im shocked, seriously? You just stab my daughter in the gums without any warning or anything ( didnt even check to see if the gas had taken effect) and your telling us to leave? Tells me again we have to leave, I will never reschedule with someone like that, hes a pediatric dentist?? Wow, then we walk out and Im upset of course, dont reschedule and tell them why, they then send me a letter in the mail a week later stated they wont see my daughter again because of my behavior like it was my fault?? I call manager to tell her why I acted that way and finally get a sorry and she will tell her receptionists and dentist who did this and still plays it off and say it just seems best we dont see each again? This was your fault not mine, I dont get upset like this for nothing and what will she do, just tell them we had a complaint and dont do it again? My daughter was extremely upset and ** upset, this dentist needs to be in trouble and receptionist. I wasted time and money for nothing!
