              I purchased matts from Weathertech for my 2021 ****** Sienna 8 passenger van with the assumption that they would fit as described in their custom fit advertisement. I installed the matts as Weathertech gave instructions removing all the existing matts. When we tried to push our middle seats back for ordinary seating, the leg room was 6 to 7 inches short because the matts were not made to accommodate our seating range from the factory for the foot and leg room. After emailing back and forth with Weathertech customer service about this issue they said they are addressing this problem, but they do not take any blame for this issue. What a joke. when a company says they make a product custom, that means custom!!! I have never felt this way, but they totally deny that they did what they said about custom matts. Terrible customer service!!!I have all the email exchanges if anyone is interested to Weathertech exchanges, they are not exact fit like they advertise,
