If I could give this company zero stars, I would. After ordering my spa bed on Amazon from this company, I have experienced problem after problem. From receiving inaccurate replacement parts to overall functionality., my experience with this company has been horrific. Most recently. a lever or arm broke on my spa bed, which affects the ability for the bed to lay flat.. After ordering the part, I finally received after a month of my order. Unfortunately, the same part recently broke again.. I of course, contacted customer service to get another replacement part. I was told that parts are not covered under warranty. I asked for the warranty policy on replacement parts, which I never received. Only after I googled LCL Beauty I was able to view the warranty clause. It clearly does not state parts are not covered under warranty. This company charges top dollar for products and not only has little to none customer service skills, but also their equipment sold is not quality. Please reconsider buying from this company, I highly do not recommend.
